Fit 4 Life Roscrea (7:00 pm - 8:00 pm)

Roscrea Athletic Club will be holding Fit 4 Life training every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm - 8pm in the Christian Brothers field. All ages are welcome from 6 years + to adults.

The Fit 4 Life Programme is designed to give people the opportunity to get fit and enjoy walking/running in structured environment. Participants set their own goals and are assisted by the trained Fit 4 Life leaders in the clubs. The emphasis is on improving fitness in a fun, sociable environment and no previous experience is required. All ability levels are catered for and participants exercise with others of a similar fitness level.

If you would like to start walking or jogging or maybe be able to complete a 5km or 10km - then this is the group for you.

Nenagh Meet N' Train Group (7:30 pm - 8:30 pm)

Thurles Meet And Train Group (10:30 am - 11:30 am)

North Tipperary Sports Partnership (NTSP) in partnership with the Tipperary County Athletics Board and Thurles Crokes AC are setting up a Meet and Train Leisure Running Group in Thurles. This will take the form of a Saturday morning session  consisting of 10-15 min warm up, 30mins running / jogging (different groups) and cool down stretching, all under the guidance of experienced runners.

Training will take place at Thurles Crokes AC at 10.30am every Saturday.

If you are a jogger or a walker at the moment, and would like to start jogging and running with an informal meet and train group, or maybe be able to complete a 5K or 10k run in 2012, The Tipperary Womens Mini Marathon, why not set that as your goal?
