Speed, Agility & Quickness Foundation Level
Would you like to improve your Speed, Agility & Quickness in Sport, or, would like to know how to coach others to improve theirs???
It: - improves acceleration, speed, fast arm action, footwork, response time and explosiveness; - increases visual awareness, hand to eye co-ordination, and general manual dexterity; - promotes control, energy utilisation and strength development. Speed, Agility & Quickness Level 1
The North Tipperary Sports Partnership also run a SAQ level 1 Course.
The Level 1 SAQ course further develops the principals of the SAQ System of training. Some of the course objectives are to examine, understand and appreciate the difference between speed and agility training and to formally investigate and develop the theory and practice of speed development over 5 to 10 metres. Also to demonstrate and teach further exercises and drills which will promote and enhance speed, quickness and agility.
You must have already completed the SAQ Foundation course to register for the Level 1 course.
