Sportlite Roscrea

Sportlite is a FREE fun sporting event which will be held once every season in the community of Roscrea. This is a community based project targeting all ages and genders, for a Sports Day with a "light" and fun atmosphere introducing a variety of games and sports and a "Come and Try it" aspect. The first Sportlite Roscrea event will take place in February 2012. Spring events will include Tag Rugby, Rounders, Dodge Ball and indoor activities such as Aerobics, Hip Hop and Indoor Ball Games. The events will change to reflect the seasons.

North Tipperary Leader Partnership (NTLP), Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré, Roscrea Leisure Centre, Roscrea Credit Union and NTSP will work together to increase participation in sport and physical activity.
